Bryan Adams Bare Bones Tour
Last night at Ford Theater in Dearborn with Signs of the Swarm was absolutely unforgettable. Bryan did a 2 hour 10 min set that included ALL of his biggest hits. This was a solo acoustic performance and the mood was very intimate. Bryan was very laid back and chatty throughout his performance. Ford Theater holds only around 1000 people and the acoustics were amazing.
The energy was through the roof. He played guitar and harmonica. Occasionally, piano was played by one of his co-writers/band members. The whole performance seemed very low key with minimal efforts. Bryan can really sing and he was in his full form. I always admired his vocals but last night’s performance took him to a new level.
He would introduce certain songs with a story that “inspired” a song. Over all, this was very his “Unplugged” album but extended. It was a privilege to be in the audience last night.
